This was a fun mural to paint and also a tricky one because I painted it from the rocks, focusing on my balance, without being able to reach high.
It’s right on my favorite surf spot on the west side of Maui. You can only see it from the water and it’s actually a guiding mark of where to position yourself to catch waves.
